File a Report Under ACU’s Policy

ACU encourages reporting to the Title IX Coordinator or a Deputy Coordinator.  They can inform you of the complaint procedures, support resources, and interim measures. For information regarding the university’s legal obligation to address reports of sexual misconduct, see Section VII.C. of the policy.

You may also file a separate criminal charge by contacting the ACU Police Department or seek confidential counseling or support either on campus or off-campus. See Resources for more information about confidential reporting. Choosing one reporting option does not preclude you from pursuing another option now or in the future.

Electronic Reporting

Electronic reports can be submitted by using the incident reporting form. This information goes to the Title IX Coordinator.  Providing contact information is optional except in situations where employees are required to report under Texas law. Anonymous Complainants should understand that while the university will do its best to address anonymous complaints and reports, it may be limited in its ability to investigate and otherwise respond to or address them.
