PREPARE TO CHANGE LIVES

A career in health and behavioral sciences prepares you to serve others as you develop the foundational abilities of critical thinking and effective communication. Earn a BSN for a career in nursing, begin your studies in an allied health field, or continue on with a graduate degree to become a licensed professional in occupational therapy, speech-language pathology or athletic training. Undergraduate psychology students learn how people think and behave, and graduate students go on to apply that knowledge in clinical and counseling sessions. Social workers

ACU students attend ‘Inside Washington’ seminar in D.C.

Fifteen students in the Department of Communication and Sociology at Abilene Christian University spent a portion of their Christmas break in Washington, D.C., for a week of learning more about the current political landscape of the United States.

Kade Parmelly (’20), a recent Abilene Christian University alumnus and former Wildcat offensive lineman, was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia in February, and the ACU community has rallied together to support him in a variety of ways.
