Meet Jeff Frey

Dr. Jeff Frey has assisted corporations and individuals for over 25 years with identifying ways to better themselves and others through technology, business, and emotional intelligence. The future of work is at the heart of his research, and his leadership experience in the real world across nuclear and space science, oil and gas, higher education, and healthcare combine to create solutions for a happier, more engaged, and more productive workforce.

As VP of Innovation and Business Development at Abilene Christian University, Frey is responsible for corporate partnership initiatives and the theories that surround shaping universities for continued relevance in the future. Dr. Frey holds a master’s in computer science from Kent State, MBA from Rice, and Ph.D. in Emotional Intelligence from Case Western. He is a husband and father of two young boys, leads worship at his church, and runs marathons.

Reagan Waggoner, a seasoned expert in people development, boasts 29 years of experience spanning a range of competencies. His dedication to enabling individuals to flourish in all facets of their lives is the driving force behind his exceptional work. Reagan has been instrumental in designing numerous innovative training programs, creating intensive leadership development modules, and crafting engaging online learning experiences. 

His leadership experience is both rich and varied, from helming creative direction to occupying senior leadership positions in religious non-profits. Reagan holds an MS in Human Resource Development with a concentration on Adult Learning from Texas A&M and an MDiv with an emphasis on Leadership from Asbury Seminary. 

In his enduring pursuit of human potential, Reagan Waggoner continues to be a transformational figure in people development.
