An Adobe representative presents the Creative Campus designation to ACU provost Dr. Robert Rhodes.
Abilene Christian University has been recognized as an Adobe Creative Campus, based on a strong commitment to digital literacy in higher education and providing valued thought leadership with Adobe.
“We are committed to preparing students with skills for the future,” said Dr. John B. Weaver, dean of Brown Library at ACU. “We believe that knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud software will empower our students to create the content that will drive the future.” Through the university’s partnership with Adobe, Creative Cloud is offered to current students, faculty and staff at no additional cost.
At last month’s Creative U event organized by ACU’s Innovation Foundry, Abilene Christian University officially became part of the Adobe Creative Campus program. This group reflects the most innovative and student-centered schools.  These schools meet to collaborate on digital literacy initiatives several times a year.
