Abilene is an affordable community with plenty of available housing for graduate students. We’ve listed a few suggestions that accommodate various stages of life, family size and proximity to campus.
Graduate Student Association (GSA) Travel Reimbursement
Our residential graduate students thrive with opportunities to travel with their department for national and international professional conferences and research presentations. GSA funds help with travel costs for one conference per residential grad student per academic year.
Students requesting travel reimbursement must fill out the GSA Estimated Funds Request form as soon as possible, but at least two (2) weeks before travel.
Students who have requested funds for fall travel need to submit receipts and the GSA Expense Report within 10 business days of returning from their trip.Â
