ACU’s Christian Camp Partnership facilitates a formal relationship between our university and a select network of Christian camps. This partnership comes at no cost to our Christian Camp Partners and brings with it unique training and development for your camp staff, college scholarships for camp alumni, and access to recruiting ACU students as employees or counselors.

About ACU

Abilene Christian University emerged with a strong showing in its first year as a National University in the U.S. News & World Report Best Colleges 2022-23 rankings. How does your camp or organization benefit?

We provide each camp or organization with a designated representative to help facilitate utilization of benefits. All benefits have some limitations, such as time or resource availability.

  • Year Round Access to Students
    • Email address access
    • Table or booth on campus at tailgates
  • Scholarship Opportunities
    • Each year a camper attends your camp, they are eligible to claim a scholarship for future use at ACU!
    • 6-12th grade – $1,000/year (only one scholarship can be accrued per year and must be claimed each year)Complimentary tickets to on-campus ACU sporting events for faculty and staff, subject to availability
  • Training for Staff
    • ACU’s best faculty and staff support your training programs and professional development goals.

We want your campers to consider Christian higher education!
• Each year a camper attends your camp, they are eligible to claim a scholarship for future use at ACU!
• 6-12th grade – $1,000/year (only one scholarship can be accrued per year and must be claimed each year)
• These awards are stackable up to $8,000 and awarded over eight long semesters at ACU. We hope to motivate students to enroll year after year as your campers.

Opportunity for ACU-sponsored spaces and/or experiences at camp

• We welcome the opportunity to support your camp tangibly and display our logo to show our support.
• Sponsorship of benches, outdoor worship spaces, camp cabins or other creative ventures.
