How to Submit a Work Order

Where to Submit

Students and Faculty are highly encouraged to submit a work order request at https://assetessentials.dudesolutions.com/AbileneChristianUniversity/MyRequest/Add which can be accessed through your my.acu facilities problem portal or by calling the work order desk at 325-674-2665.

Our Facilities team are happy to help with repairs! Your work orders will be processed Monday – Fridays 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. and all weekend work orders will be processed the following Monday.

No problem, call your RA or RD on call and they will call the on call facilities workers for any emergencies. You can also dial the on call for facilities emergencies at 325-674-2665 and dialing 0 when prompted to reach the on call manager.

Report your issue to our wonderful IT department (https://support.acu.edu/TDClient/1963/Portal/Home/) which maintain the Wi-Fi and ethernet ports on campus.

These machines are fixed and leased by a third party so please contact your RA or RD for repairs. If the machine is leaking, the floor drain is clogged, or they have no power, then place a Facilities ticket (https://assetessentials.dudesolutions.com/AbileneChristianUniversity/MyRequest/Add) or contact 325-674-2665 to place a work order.

Please palce a work order at (https://assetessentials.dudesolutions.com/AbileneChristianUniversity/MyRequest/Add ). Some requests may be placed temporarily on hold to receive approval but will be processed after approval is received. Please remember Facilities does not fix personal appliances such as mini fridges or air fryers bought from a third party.

Furniture repairs such as a drawers not working or cabinets not closing can be reported at (https://assetessentials.dudesolutions.com/AbileneChristianUniversity/MyRequest/Add ). For any furniture replacment such as bed mattresses or torn up couches, please contact your RA and RD. Paint repairs are made during the summer while students are gone and will not be processed for dorm rooms during the winter and spring semesters.
