Non-Discrimination Incident Reporting

Preserving a learning environment that is free from unlawful discrimination. Abilene Christian University’s Non-Discrimination Policy is to ensure that persons who apply for admission and persons who are enrolled are treated in a nondiscriminatory manner in matters of race, color, nationality or ethnic origin, gender, age, or disability, including qualified disabled veterans and qualified veterans of the Vietnam Era, in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws.

Anti-Harassment Incident Reporting

Maintaining a work and academic environment that is free of sexual misconduct as defined herein. Abilene Christian University’s Anti-Harassment policy provides information related to sexual misconduct reporting, supportive measures, and prompt and equitable procedures to resolve complaints.
