With the launch of self-serve tools, staff and faculty must adhere to these guidelines to ensure brand consistency while showcasing the distinctiveness of their initiatives.

Work With Us

Need help? Fill out our project intake form!

Request support with printed marketing collateral, signage, digital marketing assets, publications, email communications, media relations (submit a story), social media, photography, video or invoicing.

Important Update: Most Requests Require a Minimum Six-Week Turnaround Time

Six-Week Advance Notice Required: As of January 1, 2025, project requests must be submitted at least six weeks in advance of the final product delivery date. Email communications are the exception and require an average of two weeks for turnaround.

What Does Turnaround Time Mean? Turnaround time refers to the time needed to properly allocate resources and plan for the project, not just the time required to start and finish it. Our team is supporting a range of strategic marketing initiatives and campus partner requests simultaneously. Submitting your request well in advance allows us to deliver high-quality work without delays.

Approval Process: Submitting a Project Intake Form (PIF) places your request in the queue, but it does not guarantee approval. Our team will evaluate each submission based on priority and resource availability. You will receive an update on your project’s approval status within three to five business days of submitting the PIF.
