The Style Guide establishes a clear and consistent visual identity and voice for ACU, while enabling varying groups to share their unique stories. With the launch of self-serve tools, staff and faculty must adhere to these guidelines to ensure brand consistency while showcasing the distinctiveness of their initiatives.

Request support with printed marketing collateral, signage, digital marketing assets, publications, email communications, media relations (submit a story), social media, photography, video or invoicing.

Important Update: Six-Week Lead Time for most Project Requests

Lead Time Requirement: Most project requests must be submitted a minimum of six weeks in advance. This allows us to allocate resources effectively and plan accordingly.

Approval Process: Submitting a PIF will add your request to the queue but does not guarantee approval. Our team will review each submission based on priorities and available resources. You will receive communication regarding your project’s approval status within 3-5 business days of the PIF submission.
