ACU Partners with Aspire Ready to Learn to Provide Professional Development Opportunities and Tuition Discount Benefits for Employees

Working together to help students reach their learning and career goals, Abilene Christian University (ACU) is excited to announce a brand new partnership with Aspire Ready to Learn (Aspire) by providing a ten percent (10%) discount on all ACU Online undergraduate, graduate and certificate programs.

Aspire is a nonprofit organization focused on assisting students and working adults in enriching their livelihoods via educational learning opportunities, career preparation courses and family literacy pathways. In an effort to help Aspire’s employees and volunteers continue to teach and reach their clientele, ACU Online will offer a tuition discount on its flexible and applicable degree programs to upskill employees and increase Aspire’s ongoing vision of developing confident, capable individuals who value learning as a gateway to a better life. Once interested applicants meet ACU’s admission standards, employees will receive the discounted tuition rate from initial enrollment through the duration of their degree or certificate program.

“Aspire is committed to empowering our employees and volunteers with the knowledge and skills they need to better serve our students and their families,” said Paul DiBiase, President and CEO of Aspire. “This partnership with ACU provides a tremendous opportunity for our team to continue their education while expanding their impact in the community. Investing in our people strengthens our mission and creates pathways for lifelong learning and career advancement.”

This partnership will offer ACU’s diverse array of programs to employees who aim to earn their undergraduate or graduate degree in programs specific to their line of work, as well as provide professional certificates to advance their capabilities.

“Aspire is an organization that seeks to develop fully capable and self-sufficient individuals via academic assistance, GED preparation, workforce training and early childhood education for families, all of which are highly important to ACU Online,” said Dr. Matt Daniel, associate vice president of partnership development for ACU. “By working together, and helping Aspire employees and volunteers earn their degree or certificate, ACU joins Aspire in their transforming mission to provide targeted educational programs that help others reach their learning and career goals to improve their lives.”

Through this joint partnership, ACU stands hand-in-hand with Aspire’s efforts to build the next generation of educated and professionally trained employees who seek to serve families, adults and students of all ages.

ACU’s online programs are administered through its branch location in Dallas and include 14 bachelor’s degrees, 17 master’s degrees, four doctoral degrees, five undergraduate certificate programs, and 11 graduate certificate programs.
