Residence Life

The Nelson Hall for first-year female students at ACU

Nelson Hall

Another option for first-year female students, Nelson Hall has common bathrooms and a community kitchen, a patio/grill and lounge. These rooms are double-occupancy and include a vanity.

Wessel Hall

Wessel Hall is split-gender housing (men and women housed separately) featuring double-occupancy rooms with common bathrooms, common spaces on each floor and outdoor commons with a kitchen and firepit. A faculty-in-residence will be residing in Wessel Hall to support the student experience, along with a living-learning community for Honors College students.

Bullock Hall officially opened in the fall of 2021.

Bullock Hall

Bullock Hall, built in 2021, is a first-year residence hall with a split-gender housing option (men and women housed separately), featuring double-occupancy rooms with common bathrooms, common spaces on each floor and outdoor commons with a kitchen and firepit. A faculty-in-residence will be residing in Bullock Hall to support the student experience.

Edwards Hall

Sophomore students can apply to live in Edwards Hall, which offers private bathrooms, individual study rooms, and double- or triple-occupancy roommate arrangements. You’ll also enjoy the community atmosphere of a common media room, patio/grill and outdoor basketball court.

Smith Hall

During sophomore year, women students can live in one wing of the Smith-Adams Hall, a residency with double-occupancy rooms, private bathrooms, common kitchen, patio/grill and TV/game lobby areas.

Adams Hall

Male sophomore students can apply to live in the other wing of the Smith-Adams Hall. These double-occupancy rooms feature a private bathroom and access to the common kitchen, patio/grill and TV/game lobby.

Dillard Hall

This apartment-style residence hall for female sophomore students features a full kitchen, bathroom and living room in double- or quad-occupancy apartments. Dillard Hall’s spaces for communal connection include a sun deck, fitness room and TV lobby.

Morris Hall

For male sophomore students, ACU offers apartment-style living in Morris Hall. These double-occupancy apartments include a kitchenette, private bathroom and living room, plus a shared outdoor courtyard.

Share a common living area with seven others in Barret Hall, another option for sophomore students. Each double-occupancy room has a private bathroom and access to a common patio/grill area.

Mabee Hall, newly renovated

Mabee Hall

Opening August 2024.

Mabee Hall, renovated in 2024, is a first-year residence hall with a split-gender housing option (men and women housed separately), featuring double and triple occupancy rooms with private bathrooms, and common spaces on each floor. It was formerly named Sikes Hall.

University Park Apartments

Upperclassmen and graduate students can get the residential experience along with the benefits of apartment living in the University Park Apartments, an ideal bridge between dorm life and independent off-campus housing.
