Licensure in Social Work varies from state to state, with the bachelor’s degree from a CSWE accredited program a virtually universal requirement. The following chart identifies the U.S. states and territories in which the ACU Bachelor of Science in Social Work aligns with the various requirements for licensure, and includes contact information for the relevant entities regulating social work licensure in those states. It attempts to identify any special requirements that might exist in addition to a CSWE accredited degree, and jurisdictions where it has not been possible to make a determination if the curriculum meets the requirements.
