Learn how the natural world works and how you can harness your knowledge to make the world a better place. Many biology, biochemistry and chemistry majors go to medical or professional school. Engineering and physics students rely on theory and application as they engage in research to solve some of the world’s biggest problems. Mathematics students acquire analytical skills applicable to many careers, while students in agricultural and environmental sciences put their learning into practice at the university’s farm. Along with engaging in exceptional undergraduate research opportunities, you will put into practice what you discover in the classroom through our strong emphasis on experiential learning.

ACU NEXT LAB RECEIVES GRANT APPROVAL FROM DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY

The NEXT Lab at Abilene Christian University has received a $120,000 budget renewal of the teams’ sponsored research award through Idaho National Laboratory, titled “Investigation of Instrumentation, Data Analytics, and Simulation Synergies for the Versatile Test Reactor.”
