Abilene Christian University and Mercedes-Benz of Abilene announced a new five-year partnership that will provide scholarship support for students from the Abilene area while recognizing the dealership’s commitment to ACU and the student experience.
Through the partnership, Mercedes-Benz of Abilene has established a scholarship benefiting Abilene-area students who choose to attend ACU. Scholarship recipients from local high schools will be selected by the ACU in cooperation with Mercedes-Benz of Abilene.
“We are grateful for Mercedes-Benz of Abilene and their commitment to students in our community,” said Dr. Phil Schubert, ACU president. “This partnership will help more local students experience the exceptional academics, meaningful relationships and Christ-centered community that make an ACU education distinctive.”

In recognition of the partnership, the Brown Family Club Level at Wildcat Stadium will be jointly named the Mercedes-Benz of Abilene / Brown Family Club Level beginning this year.
The partnership reflects ACU’s continued commitment to expanding access to an exceptional Christian education and preparing students for Christian service and leadership throughout the world.
