Technology Service and Support
ACU, including ACU Online, uses Canvas for learning and coursework. The IT Support Center can help with how-to questions and determine the correct point of contact for issues that can’t be resolved without a Canvas administrator or analyst.
Both on-campus and ACU Online students have free access to the IT Support Center. The Support Center handles all technology-related issues from password resets and account management to total computer failures. Call, chat, or email any time! This site also has a link to the IT Knowledge Base, where you can find articles for self-service as well as the IT Service Catalog, which lists services provided by ACU IT.
