Shop Rates

Clean Room Rate

$28.00/hour + $12 per person entry

This rate allows service with trained personnel for all cleanroom tools except the scanning electron microscope. These tools include:

Spin coater
UV exposure system
Thin film coating system
Probe station
Other tools

SEM Rate

$68.00/hour + $12 per person entry

This rate allows access to service of the JEOL IT200-LA and all of the tools or materials required for sample preparation and mounting samples in the SEM.
