Dakota Jubb
Graphic Design Major
Received 2024  A+D First Year Portfolio Scholarship

“My first year at ACU has been a lifelong dream come true; an answered prayer. In grade school and high school, I dreamed of attending a university where I was free to create with like minded peers and professors. I prayed for it. Abilene Christian has been exactly that for me; a free space that broods inspiration and creativity. I have learned more than I thought possible for one school year and have refined my various skills with the help and encouragement of the knowledgeable professors at the ACU Art Department. I have felt myself stretch and expand academically, socially, and most importantly artistically here at ACU. My first year has been a monumental success, and I look forward to growing more in the following years.”
