In keeping with ACU’s Whistleblower Policy, Abilene Christian University is dedicated to proactively promoting legal and policy compliance by encouraging all members of the ACU community to report any financial improprieties, illegal practices or policy violations committed by university employees or agents and to protect from retaliation those who make such good-faith reports. Members of the ACU community have two reporting options: traditional reporting, which is described in the Whistleblower Policy, and anonymous reporting, via the hotline or a form (see more below).
Whistleblower Hotline
(325) 674-2594
While traditional reporting is encouraged and preferred, if for any reason you find it difficult to use one of the traditional reporting structures, you may report the alleged violation anonymously by using the form below or calling the anonymous hotline at the number above.
Anonymous Report Form
If for any reason an individual finds it difficult to use one of the traditional reporting structures, he or she may report the violation anonymously via the hotline or using the form found at the link below. Anonymous reports will be forwarded to the proper university official or committee for appropriate action.
If you wish to provide contact information, a university official will contact you within seven business days to acknowledge receipt of the reported violation and (1) gather more information, (2) explain what action has been taken, (3) provide an update regarding the ongoing investigation, or (4) if no further action or investigation is to follow, explain the basis for that decision.
