Accusative Case
NOMINATIVE | CONJUGATED VERB | ACCUSATIVE |
Find the Subject – Who or what is doing the action? | Does the verb express an action? | If the verb is acting, find the direct object – Who or what is receiving the action? |
To find the subject and verb, say: who/what + verb (who/what sees, plays, gives, eats)
To find the direct object, say: verb + whom or what (sees whom, plays what, gives what)
