On January 24, twelve talented musical groups and artists will take the stage to compete for a $25,000 recording deal from Harvest Studios through the Next to Sign music competition. This live competition, hosted by Abilene Christian University, will be held in Cullen Auditorium at 7 p.m., and feature a performance by special guest judge, Christian recording artist Phil Wickham.
Along with Wickham, judging the competition will be Gary Hill from KGNZ Radio and Reid Johnson from Red Letter Rock.
Competing artists include Already Taken, Devyn DeLoera, EKG, Kathryn Holland, Mayhae, Mario Ramos, Michael Christian Chandler, The Outcome, Stacey Taylor, Stephanie Horne, Steven Ray Miller and Timothy Palmer.
Tickets are $15 in advance and $20 at the door, and can be purchased at Lifeway Christian Bookstore, KGNZ Radio and the Hot Spot Tanning and Salon. Tickets will also be available in the Campus Center, Jan. 21 from 11 a.m.-2 p.m., and Jan. 22-23 from 3 p.m.-7 p.m.
