Wildcat Pay Portal - Student Login | Authorized User Login

Financial Settlement

  • Each semester, students need to communicate their plan to cover their semester balance. Please visit the Paying Your ACU Bill website to find more information and the Financial Settlement deadline for the upcoming semester.

Wildcat Pay Plans

  • Each semester, students have the option to enroll in a Wildcat Pay Plan to pay off their balance over a series of months. Payment plan options will vary based on a student being residential or online. Information about payment plan options are found here.

How to Make a Payment

  • Make an exact cash or check payment by visiting our office in the campus center

  • Make a payment online through the Wildcat Pay Portal using a checking/savings account or a debit/credit card. Note: Card users will be assessed a separate, non-refundable convenience fee - 2.85% of the payment amount ($3 minimum fee) - at the time of each credit/debit card payment.   • International payments can be made by bank wire through the Wildcat Pay Portal or Flywire.


1098-T Tax Form

  • 1098-T tax forms will be available to students via their Wildcat Pay Portal. They may also receive them via postal mail. Students can change their preferences for receiving this form in their Wildcat Pay Portal.

  • All 1098-T tax forms will be made available to students no later than January 31st each year. Note: Not all students receive a 1098-T. If you did not receive one and were expecting to, please visit the 1098-T FAQ page or contact Wildcat Central.

Credit Refunds

  • If you are expecting to receive a credit refund on your account, you are welcome to set up an eRefund Account so the funds can be direct deposited to your bank account. For more information, visit the Credit Refunds site.
