Athletics:  ACU has earned the fourth most all-time NCAA championships, behind UCLA, Stanford, and USC.

ACU participates in the NCAA Division II Lone Star Conference; football, men's & women's basketball, baseball, men's golf, men's & women's cross country, men's & women's track & field, women's volleyball, men's & women's tennis, women's softball, and women's soccer.

 

ACU is an annual contender for the U.S. Sports Academy Director's Cup, recognizing the best all-around sports program in NCAA Division II.
